PICOLA Deliberative Poll(R)
On January, 24th, 2004 PICOLA was used in conjunction with By The People's Pittsburgh Regional Citizen's Deliberation. The software carefully modelled the protocol for a deliberative poll and was tested on a typical user group in terms of age and background computer skills.
